Why Bloom?
Across East Africa, children - especially girls - face barriers that limit their opportunity to learn: long walks for water, lack of menstrual hygiene management supplies, and limited resources. These challenges fuel a cycle that prevents communities from moving forward.
Bloom exists to break that cycle.
The Bloom Approach
At Bloom, we prioritize the community’s voice. We work alongside leaders and families in East Africa who invite us into their projects and guide the solutions. Our programs increase access to clean water and menstrual hygiene—two essential foundations that allow children and women to bloom through education and economic opportunity.
